Error on stepping further away from the bench rather than closer. Your shoe laces should be flat on the bench and your shin should be vertical, including at the bottom of the rep. Focus on keeping your front foot flat on the floor, and your chest tall.

10/12 Wall Ball
6 Box Jump Overs
AMRAP TTB/Vups in the remaining 1:00
This will feel more like a 15-minute workout than 1 minute interval. The wallballs should be unbroken each set.
