Congratulations to everyone who stuck with it – 9 weeks is a long time! These were some tough workouts and a great teaser of things to come for 2013. Their were really some amazing moments and achievements that came out this challenge. We had people get their first double-unders, go Rx on wods, Pr on their strength, and run a 5k…as well others who lost 10+ pounds, completely cleaned up their diet and made an overall positive change in their lifestyle. It’s really amazing when you think about it and you should all be as proud of yourselves as we are of all of you.
