

If you have been to the gym every day this week then you know you have certainly earned a rest day. Take today to mobilize, hydrate, hopefully get some extra sleep and do something you enjoy. Set yourself up for the best recovery possible and get ready to get back in on Friday and Saturday. If you missed any of this week’s classes, you can use today to make up a workout, do some active recovery, foam rolling or mobility work, or perhaps work on some skills and movements you need to practice! 2nd Annual In-House CrossFit Glendale Throwdown 80 athletes, across two divisions, will go head-to-head in three WODs that will put their fitness to the test! Even if you’re not competing, please come on by and cheer on your fellow athletes and friends. Athletes will be checking in at 8:00am with WOD #1 getting underway at 9:00am. The throwdown will go until about 3:00pm when the male and female winners in the RX and Scaled division will be crowned!
