General Warm-up of Choice Then…, “The Chief” 3 Power Cleans, 135/95# 6 Push-Ups 9 Air Squats Rest 1 minute btw each 3 minute round. Start each 3 minute round where you left off on the previous round. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Count total rounds and reps completed.
