Set 6: 1 Rep @ 92–95%
This week starts transitioning us toward heavier loading and prepares you for next week’s heavy single. The sets of 5 and 3 should feel smooth and controlled while building confidence into the heavier doubles and final single.
The goal is not to max out today. Focus on clean positioning, strong bracing, and moving heavier weight with confidence. If the bar speed slows down or positions fall apart, shut it down there.
