Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 80%.

Every 6min x 3
12/9 Cal bike. Rx+ 15/12 cal
10 Pistols (5/5) Sc. jumping lunges
5 muscle ups
10 Burpess
12/9 Cal row. Rx+ 15/12 cal
