With the Crossfit open just days away we figured what better way to have our athletes at the peak of their performance than with a paleo challenge. The challenge will run from March 2 – April 3 and will follow the rules of the whole30 program ( http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/ ). For those new to Crossfit or paleo this is a great way to kick start your weight loss/performance goals. For those athletes that have participated in a paleo challenge and/or the Open before this will be an invaluable opportunity to gain an edge to your performance.
