2019 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2019 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 21st.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

Single Arm KB Rack Loaded (same arm as working leg);

10 Lateral Barbell Lunges
*Pick this bar up off the ground and put it on your back. Take your time with the movement and get low. Keep your toes relatively straight (pointed out a little is ok). Left + Right = 1 rep. Start with the bar and build slow on these.
