Our cumulative meters rowed will be ranked against the rest of the teams worldwide and put us in contention to win a Concept2 rower or ski erg!! (Plus, you’ll get a little fitter along the way)

Coach Catherine Competition Tips:
FLEX ON THE BEACH NOTES
1. Registration is from 9-10am. Plan to get there by 9. Last year they had a parking lot set up specifically for the competition but carpooling is still advised.
2. Nutrition: EAT BREAKFAST!! Most of you won’t hit your first workout until 11:15-11:45. Make sure to get some healthy protein, carbs, and fats to fuel up for the long day of fitness. Additionally, be sure to bring snacks/water/protein to have throughout the day. You will be doing multiple events out in the sun. It is vital that you all stayed hydrated and fueled to perform and feel your best!
3. Mindset: Come ready to WORK HARD but, even more so, to HAVE FUN! We are competing to represent CFG & everyone we push with on a daily basis. Don’t stress about the results…its all about the experience
